그러니까 0.1mv 분해능이지요.14비트가 넘지요..

쓰기쉽습니다. stand_alone할수도있고 cpu와 interface도 쉽습니다.
요즘것에비해...아래의
'-5v' 와 reference로 1.000v 기준전압, 100kc근처 clock이 필요합니다.
.
'-5v'는 7660으로
1.000기준전압은 lm385-1.2로
100kc osc는 555로 만드시면..
.
마이크로콘트롤러에 연결시는 ...
5개 디지트신호중 d5를 인터럽트로 받고 그때의스트로브로 읽으면..
되는데 d5-d1 5번 반복하면 쉽게읽어집니다..
.
사이즈는 600mill dip28핀..  핀간 100mill/0.1"
.
자료는 제가  intersil 것이있는데 야후usa에서 찾으시면
